Research Interests

My work focuses on the cognitive and behavioural changes associated with frontotemporal dementia, progressive supranuclear palsy and corticobasal syndrome. Specifically, I am interested in understanding the neural mechanisms underlying apathy and impulsivity, both of which cause substantial patient morbidity and carer distress, but remain poorly treated.
