Research
I am a graduate from University College London with a MSc in Advanced Neuroimaging and a BSc in Biomedical Sciences.
I have a long-standing interest in studying the neuronal and cognitive changes associated with neurological disorders. I am especially keen to understand mechanisms underlying dementia progression to aid treatment development. I am currently working on the New Therapeutics in Alzheimer’s Disease study to identify magnetoencephalography biomarkers of dementia progression. These measures should be sensitive to changes that occur early in the course of disease (e.g., synaptic degeneration).
