Cambridge Centre for Frontotemporal Dementia and Related Disorders

Department of Clinical Neurosciences

I am a clinical lecturer in neurology with a research interest in neurodegenerative diseases that cause early-onset dementia. The cause of the variability of these diseases is poorly understood and an important obstacle to developing effective treatments. I investigate how changes in brain structure and function contribute to the variability in clinical phenotype and prognosis of these diseases. I run clinical trials testing new and repurposed treatments for dementia.
