Research

My research interests include investigating biomarkers of neurodegeneration (in particular disorders of movement and cognition) through the use of neuroimaging and CSF analysis, and combing these with genetics to identify patients in the pre-symptomatic phase who might benefit from emerging therapeutics. For my PhD I will be using PET and MR imaging to investigate synaptic density in primary tauopathies.
