Alexandra is from the mountains of Colorado. Having been hiking, skiing, and climbing since a young age, she has spent most of her life connected to the natural world. This proximity to nature has distilled a love for science, specifically in the human condition as we relate to our world. As such, Alexandra is interested in Clinical Neuroscience: understanding disorders of the brain and mind in the hope for bettering human lives. Specific interests include viewing neurodegeneration, consciousness, and neuropsychiatric disorders from an integrative perspective.
