I am a Research Assistant in the Department of Clinical Neurosciences at the University of Cambridge, working under Dr Maura Malpetti, where I focus on studying in vivo molecular pathological processes in frontotemporal lobar degeneration. This research involves integrating multimodal data from PET imaging, blood-based biomarkers, and clinical outcomes to better understand disease progression patterns.
With an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience from UCL and a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of St Andrews, along with experience at the Chalfont Epilepsy Centre, I bring expertise in neurophysiological measurements and clinical data management. My background combines both research and clinical experience, including extensive work with brain injury and neurological conditions through roles at the Daan Theeuwes Neurological Rehabilitation Centre and SweetTree Home Care Services. I am particularly interested in translational neuroscience research that bridges laboratory findings with clinical applications to improve patient care and treatment outcomes.
